Photography by Michael has been creating quality portraits for the Chicagoland area and the Western suburbs for 20 years. Michael is a Certified Professional Photographer, a distinction earned only after meeting rigorous requirements measuring artistic and technical competence. The Professional Photographic Certification Commission currently recognizes less than 2,000 Certified Professional Photographers worldwide and the distinguished title is held by only 65 photographers in the state of Illinois. Our internationally award winning portraits are proudly displayed in thousands of homes. Our portrait specialties are High School Seniors, Families, Weddings and Children.
Portrait images can be created on location or in our studio. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality finished portraits while we emphasize sessions that are fun and relaxed. We control every detail of the session, including lighting, composition, clothing harmony, and posing. We always take the time to "fuss" and make sure everything is perfect resulting in portraits that look better than you ever imagined.
Our commitment to our clients is simple: we want to be their photographer of choice for their children from birth through 11th grade, their senior portraits, their family heirloom portraits, and ultimately, their children's weddings. Each year we continually upgrade our skills and knowledge through on-site training seminars, workshops, and participation in cutting edge online forums with some of the best photographers in the country. We want to be certain that we are providing our clients with the "Best of the Best". We recently achieved several milestones that we are particularly proud of, namely, during the past year we photographed our 10,000th portrait session and our 600th wedding. One thing we have learned in this business since 1991 is that QUALITY does not go out of style. It costs less in the long run and is always appreciated by those who know the difference.
All appointments for photography sessions, consultations, order placement and pick-up are done by appointment only to insure we give each client our undivided attention.
